The NordicTrack RW200 rowing machine is an entry-level rower that is very quiet and smooth. The indoor rower's design allows it to fold up for easy storage and space savings when not used. The RW200 has an inertia-enhanced flywheel with adjustable SMR™ (Silent Magnetic Resistance) with 24 Digital Resistance Levels to get your heart pumping.

The RW200 Rower does not ship with a tablet but does include 1-month membership of iFit for great trainer-led rowing workouts that are stream to your tablet via Bluetooth. iFit also offers many other cross-training workout options for strength training, yoga and kickboxing, and mediation.

This rowing machine model has been superseded by the RW600 and RW700 rowers, also offered by NordicTrack that ship now with Full HD touchscreens.
