The Commercial X22i incline treadmill has up to a 40° elevation incline that will help you burn more calories. The more you elevate the running deck incline, the more the session is focused on building strength, not just a cardio workout, although, with many iFit workout sessions, they both seem to go hand in hand. Wait until you climb the Swiss Alps with John Peel, your quads will burn, and your heart will be pumping. WHAT TO KNOW
■ You can target a specific heart rate zone using a Bluetooth wireless chest or forearm strap.
■ We recommend ordering the two speed-weight adjustable dumbbells that can be easily switched from 2.5 lbs. to 12.5 lbs. Some of X22i iFit classes incorporate dumbbell workouts into your running routine, both on and off the treadmill. iFit studio classes also have a number of dedicated sessions for just using the weights and for cross-fit training.
■ The deck is 22″ x 60″ extra wide for a spacious feel. The 60” length accommodates short to long strides. Plus, there is Reflex™ cushioning on the deck to provide extra comfort your knees, hips, and back.
■ The X22i comes with a 4.0 CHP Motor. It will easily handle intense daily workouts for multiple people using this machine. Designed to run longer and stronger, the 4.0 CHP Commercial Pro Motor is self-cooling and was designed with reduced vibration.
■ Top speed is 12 mph, and the machine is rated safe for user weights up to 300 pounds.
