TIEM Slipstream is a cycling shoe more like a sneaker engineered with a cool, adjustable hook-and-loop strap closure, breathable light-weight mesh, and an Eva Foam removable cushioned footbed.
We found Tiem to be a super-comfortable spin shoe with a snug fit and, very light to wear on or off-the-bike. Fans agree and say they are exceptionally comfortable and fit true to regular shoe size. That said, if you prefer a little room for your toes when working out, go up a ½ size.
Sizing Note: Currently, TIEM shoes are only offered in women's sizes, but the general fit is unisex. They recommend, “For men's sizing, you would want to size up 1 to 1.5 sizes from your men's size. (If you wear a 9.5 in men's, you should be able to fit into an 11 in women's sizing.

In a nutshell, TIEM Cycling shoes are well-designed and were very easy to clip-in with because of the recessed cleat embedded into the durable nylon shank, which also gives this shoe its pedal power, support, and structure. WHY EVA FOAM?
EVA foam is one of the differentiators for Tiem Slipstream Cycle shoes over other spin shoes. This foam is commonly used in the midsoles of shoes that provide great shock absorption - it’s the squishy stuff in the midsole of your shoes. EVA foam has special physical characteristics, so it is not so soft that it loses shape, but it’s forgiving enough to absorb a lot of shocks, so your foot is cushioned. EVA foam is a great, highly durable material so your Tiem shoes will last comfortably, longer.

TIEM Cycle Shoes are SPD-compatible and work with nearly all Popular Bikes at SoulCycle, Cycle Bar, Equinox, and Studio bikes like the Nordictrack S22i or S27i Bike, Peloton, Echelon, and MYX fitness indoor bike to name some.
If you want to use your TIEM shoes for Peloton you can easily swap out the Pedals that come with your Peloton Bike or Peloton Bike+ to be SPD compatible. You will also need to purchase SPD cleats separately as they are not included with your Peloton TIEM shoes. Shop SPD Cleats at Amazon.
The cleat connects the shoe to the pedal, so it's critical they be compatible. Most Cycle shoes do not include cleats when purchasing them, but cleats are included when purchasing most pedals, so if you want to change out the pedals from Look Delta to SPD compatible pedals, confirm that the correct cleats are included to ship with your pedals before ordering.
You can find a Shimano SPD Cleat Set, which includes a 4mm Allen Wrench at Amazon, or find Look Delta Bike Cleats (for a Peloton bike) there as well. As a reminder, the Look Delta cleats do not work with TIEM cycling Shoes, you will need to swap out the pedals that ship with a Peloton to those that are SPD compatible or see TIP below how to covert peloton pedals to be SPD compatible.

Convert Peloton Delta Pedals to SPD
TIP: Another interesting alternative for Peloton Delta type Pedals, is that you can convert Peloton Pedals to be compatible with SPD Cleats and cycling shoes like Tiem Slipstream. How? You install the SPD adaptor on the opposite side of the Delta clips then you can now use both SPD and Delta clips on the same original Peloton pedal that came with the bike. It’s easy to do. The cool part of this is you end-up with dual-sided pedals for SPD and Delta Cleat support you will not have to remove the original Delta pedals from Peloton. In other words, your Peloton pedals will now support either cleat type.
