The main difference between Talalay and Dunlop latex is the bounce. Both types of latex have a springy feel, but the Talalay latex has more bounce because of the expansion that occurs during the freezing process. Talalay latex is more breathable and slightly cooler from reduced heat retention. This is because during processing, Talalay latex forms extra airwaves allowing more heat to escape. The two types are very similar in appearance however most people will not notice a difference between the two types of latex.
